Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the REEGÜR Rose Bowl is postponed to September 24th-27th, 2020.

"We want to give you an update regarding “Reegür's Rose Bowl 2020,” originally scheduled for June 11-14th. 

Your safety and well being are our first concern. We’ve been working with our host facility, CCBC and monitoring California & Federal guidelines as it pertains to COVID-19. While we’d love to host you ffabulous men, we cannot in good conscience move forward with the current date. Rose Bowl is not just about good old FFun; it’s about the community coming together to enjoy the virtual connections you’ve made on Reegür in person.  

That said, Rose Bowl will now be held September 24th-27th, 2020.
This date was provided by CCBC management based off of their weekend availability (as you can imagine, they have had to reschedule a number of events). We hope that making this decision now allows you to make proper accomodations for attendence. 

Room Reservations

 - If you booked a room at CCBC, your room reservation will be moved over to the new date automatically.  If you need to make any changes with your accommodation, please email CCBC at Stay@RunwayCCBC.com and they can assist you. Please note they have limited staff at the moment for phone calls and prefer email communication. Additionally, CCBC will honor the current waiting list and will let you know if a room becomes available.

- If you booked at INNDulge, your room reservation will be moved over automatically. If you need to make any changes with your accommodation, you can online at INNDulge.com OR call +1 (760) 327-1408 OR info@INNDulge.com.

- If you booked at the Holiday Inn, your room will not be moved automatically - please change your reservation by calling +1 (760) 324-7711
 

Refunds

If you are not able to make the new September date, refunds will be done in limited monthly batches to keep our good standing with our amazing merchant services provider. We appreciate them giving our unique community an opportunity and we want to continue to facilitate that. At the time a refund is requested, you will be notified the timeframe that your refund will process. We also are offering options to have your refund:
